Welcome New Educators!

We'd like to welcome Kim Lubin, Lisa Kosglow and Molly Schwarz to our New School staff!

Kim Lubin will be working individually with students as our school counselor, as well as working with to support staff in creating inclusive, positive classroom spaces. Kim has been a Nationally Board Certified School Counselor, as well as a Licensed Clinical Social worker. Her background includes work at Providence hospital in Hood River, various schools across Washington state, and training teachers and administrators in how to effectively support middle schoolers. 

Molly Schwarz brings a wealth of talent, experience and a delightful sense of humor to the team. Molly will be leading our musical theater electives and directing the year’s school musical “Pitch In” combining her love for theater, sketch comedy, and improve to inspire and engage our students.

Lisa Kosglow will join Dov Rohan as the Outdoor Co-Lead for our school. With 20 years of experience leading outdoor programs for children (and adults) across the globe, Lisa brings unparalleled expertise and enthusiasm to our community. In addition to outdoor leadership, Lisa will be co-teaching O.W.L. (Our Whole Lives) holistic sexual education program, ensuring our students receive comprehensive and compassionate guidance.
